A little about me ..
I am Shelley Ward. I am an experienced Finance Director who enjoys working with business owners and helping businesses find their way through growth, change and the challenges that come with running a business.
Over the years, I have worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, across a variety of sectors. I have worked alongside business owners, Managing Directors and leadership teams, helping them make sense of their finances and feel more confident about the decisions they make.
Through my consultancy, I offer flexible senior finance leadership support, whether that is lending a helping hand, working through a particular challenge or becoming part of the team for a while.
I believe good finance support is about more than just numbers, it is about listening, understanding the people and the business, building relationships and finding straight-forward, practical ways to make things work better
